Appointments are required for bridal, bridesmaids, and prom, in order for us to provide you with the most personalized service possible.
Walk-in hours are announced each evening, for the following day. If there are no walk-in hours announced, that means that we are fully booked, and not able to welcome walk-ins for the day.
Prom appointments REQUIRE a parent/guardian to be in attendance.
Maximum of 4 guests for Bridal appointments, and 3 guests for Prom appointments.
Maximum of 2 guests during Sample Sale events.
There is a $25 styling fee for all Bridal appointments. This fee covers the dedicated time of a personal stylist, and so much more!

When you SAY YES during your appointment, $25 will be credited toward the cost of your bridal gown. A portion of all bridal gown sales is donated to Sanctuary House in Woodstock, NB.
Note that the fee is due at time of booking, by credit card, on the booking form. We require a minimum of 48hrs for cancellations - if you cancel at least 48hrs prior to your appointment, you will receive a refund of your fee.
Prom, Bridesmaid and Special Occasion appointments require a credit card for booking. There is a $25 no-show/cancellation fee for all prom, bridesmaid and special occasion appointments. Cancellations must occur a minimum of 48 hours prior to your appointment, to avoid this fee. Exceptions are made for poor weather, and illness.
